The Commission made the right move in reopening and requiring dockets for the Tennessee Gas Pipeline 300 Line Project and the Columbia 1278 Project. Unfortunately, those projects are already installed and the DRBC review will focus on correcting the ongoing issues at those sites. Please do not make the same mistake with the TGP Northeast Upgrade project; instead, do your job actively by requiring a project docket and public hearings BEFORE construction begins. You are stewards of the basin; I implore you to take that charge seriously and be sure that there is any damage caused is unavoidable and that what harm is caused is mitigated as completely as possible.
